We ship anywhere in the United States. Orders are fulfilled Monday ~ Friday. All items will ship out within 3-5 business days (excluding holiday’s). All of our items are shipped to you First Class USPS, Priority USPS, or via FedEx. You will receive notice of shipment plus a tracking number for your convenience and security. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to appear.
Please Note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.
Due to hygiene reasons, all accessories including hats, headbands, jewelry, intimates, bodysuits, bralettes, baby socks, baby accessories, and home decor items are all FINAL SALE.
Sale items are FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We want you to love your items. Brand new, unworn, unwashed, NON-SALE clothing with no smells, stains, signs of visible wear, or animal hair, with all tags still attached, may be returned within one week of purchased date for store credit ONLY. Please contact us, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your items so we can begin your return.
PLEASE NOTE | The customer is responsible for paying postage for the items being returned. Items must be in unworn condition and have all tags attached. Once the items are received and inspected we will issue you a coupon code for store credit. The store credit does not include the original shipping cost.
Incorrect or Damaged Items | If an item you have received is incorrect and/or damaged please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. All damaged items must have all tags attached and be in unworn condition. Items will not be replaced if damage is caused from the customer cutting a package open, and/or washing the garment incorrectly.
Store Credit| All returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of being received. You will be emailed your store credit coupon code for the amount of the item at time of purchase minus the shipping fee. We will use your email address that you listed on file at time of checkout.
