All of our items are shipped to you USPS or via FedEx. You will receive notice of shipment plus a tracking number for your convenience and security.
We will gladly accept returns for store credit only. Please contact us, or email us: email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your items.
The customer is responsible for paying postage for the items being returned. Items must be in unworn condition and have all tags attached. Once the items are received and inspected we will issue you a coupon code for store credit. The store credit does not include the original shipping cost.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.
If an item you have received is damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. All damaged items must have tags attached and be in unworn condition. Items will not be replaced if damage is caused from customer cutting a package open and damaging the item. If the item is not available for replacement a refund will be issued.
